Terms of use

Pilot draft · last updated 9 September 2026 · final wording pending compliance review

These are the terms for using Aubi during its pilot. By signing in you agree to them. They are short on purpose; the privacy notice covers how your data is handled.

What Aubi is — and is not

Aubi helps you see where your money stands: a set of accounts built from the statements and figures you provide, and views that summarise them.

Aubi does not give financial advice. Nothing it shows is a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, save or invest, and nothing is a guarantee about the future. Figures are only as complete as what you have entered. For advice on your circumstances, speak to a regulated adviser.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure. You must be 18 or over and use Aubi only for your own household finances. Invite only people you genuinely share a household with.

The pilot

Aubi is being run as a pilot. Features may change, be paused, or be withdrawn, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will tell you before any change that affects your data, and you can export it at any time.

Ending things

You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like. We may close an account that is used in breach of these terms, after telling you why.

Liability and law

We provide Aubi with reasonable care and skill but, to the extent the law allows, are not liable for decisions you make on the strength of what it shows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
